Privacy.
Short version: you tell us who you are so we can grade your film. We don't sell it, and we don't put you on a mailing list.
What we collect
When you use the form on this site, we get what you type in: your name, your role, your school or program, your email, a film link if you add one, and any notes. Like most websites, our host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to get access to your film, and to grade it. Film you send is used to grade the players in it for you and your program.
Who else sees it
Only the TPS staff, and the services that run this site and our email for us. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Program portals
If your program uses a TPS portal, the login and the data inside it are handled by the portal, under your program's arrangement with TPS.
Your choices
Want us to delete what you sent us? Ask, and we will. Email hudson@trenchplaysavant.com.
